About Fox Lake

Hello and welcome to Fox Lake Subdivision.

We are located on the Northwest corner of New Halls Ferry Road and Vaile/Patterson Road. We have 410 houses that are in the Fox Lake and Fox Lake Estates Subdivisions that comprises the Fox Lake Subdivision. We have approximately 24.65 acres of common ground. The area with the lake is approximately 15.25 acres with a 3 acre lake that has a fountain. There is also a large playground set and a swing set. We also have a ball diamond and pavilion with a barbecue pit that can be reserved by the residents. Our streets are lighted at night for safety and our open areas are regularly maintained.
